This fully online four (4) week course explores the critical role of strategic leadership in effectively managing emergencies and disasters. Over four weeks, students will delve into principles and practices guiding leaders in making informed decisions during high-stakes situations. Topics include risk assessment, crisis communication, resource allocation, and collaboration with various stakeholders. Through case studies and simulations, participants will gain insights into strategic planning processes tailored to emergency scenarios, honing their ability to lead and coordinate response efforts.
